Born and raised in Texas, I studied at UT Austin, in Alicante, Spain, lived in New York City, and have had more than my fair share of life transitions. I plan to continue my adventures and really take in the world around me in a way that makes me feel connected to a purpose. Along my travels and many experiences, I found myself searching for meaning and understanding of how my skills, talent, and voice fit into the grand scheme of things…all of which have brought me here!
I’m just a girl in the world living as intentionally as I can, a life-long boss lady with a history of doing boss lady things, and someone who believes that people can change through self-reflection, awareness, consistent habits, and a great support system. I want to inspire women to be whoever they want to be and not apologize for the fire they bring along with them. I aim to inspire others to find strength in what makes them truly unique, and use that as a road map to where they want to be.
Upon completion of my studies, I received a degree in Kinesiology from The University of Texas at Austin and went on to complete a life coaching certification from Lumia Life Coach Training (formerly known as JRNI). I am passionate about helping busy, millennial women implement intentional habits and practice self-care to live a balanced, hustle-free life by using frameworks and techniques backed by Positive Psychology.
